Mokume-Gane Pendant

Using the ancient Japanese technique of Mokume-Gane, layers of Copper and Silver have been carefully forged together under extreme heat and pressure,  until the metals are fused as one.  

It takes days of work, from casting the metals, to forging and fusing, and finally to be set in a Sterling silver surround so this piece can be elegantly worn.  

One of a kind piece,  handmade in Levin, NZ. 

Fitted with an elegant 45cm sterling silver chain.
