Vintage English hallmarked bar pendant

With London hallmarks from 2001 on the reverse,  this is an example of how the optimistic, streamlined,  futuristic attitudes of the new millennium shaped jewelry design. 

Y2k had passed and in early 2001, the future was bright. As we know the 24 years since have been a little different than expected... 

Still, this is a gorgeous, simple pendant in English ingot style. Good condition with a few wear marks. 27mm long on a new 50cm chain.
